● I don't speak Korean. Is it possible to have an interpreter in my native language at the hospital?

Medi82 will check if your preferred hospital has native language interpretation services. Most hospitals have native language coordinators on staff, but for medical institutions that do not provide interpretation services, we provide interpretation services free of charge.

● If there is a problem after surgery at the hospital, will Medi82 compensate me?

Yes, that’s right. We have insurance for all accidents and disputes regarding patients, so you can receive consultation through a law firm contracted with Medi82 in case of medical disputes. We do not work for the hospital, but for our clients.

● Can I get an estimate of the cost of treatment or surgery?

Yes, if you inquire about the medical expenses you want, we can check with the hospital and give you a rough estimate of the budget, but it may vary depending on the individual’s condition.
